Nullifire highlights innovation, expertise, protection and service in new campaign
28 February 2022
PASSIVE FIRE protection solutions developer Nullifier has launched a new promotional campaign entitled ‘It’s All About’ that’s purpose-designed to highlight the brand’s approach. Manufactured in the UK, Nullifire’s products have a track record of performance and compliance, with the solutions range tested extensively and fully certified for a range of fire protection needs.

Next year, Nullifire celebrates 50 years in the industry and, over the decades, the business has attained a global reputation for innovative products. These are backed up by highly knowledgeable technical support and service teams to ensure the ultimate peace of mind in the specification process, coupled with access to a highly trained and approved network of installers.
In the run-up to the New Year landmark, Nullifire is showcasing its time-proven and trusted approach with the ‘It’s All About’ campaign under the sub-headings of innovation, expertise, protection and service.
Under the innovation heading is a focus on the traceability technologies Optifire and Optifire+, which offer architects, specifiers, main contractors and applicators alike guaranteed traceability of the applied Nullifire product installed on site.
Optifire is an ultraviolet (UV) technology activated by exposing the product’s surface to a UV light source to offer “easy and instant” product identification. Optifire+ offers pigment technology, which is impossible to manipulate. Visible only with a specific Nullifre detector, it offers lifetime identification, remaining traceable even after a fire.
Both technologies represent an important step in Nullifire’s approach to innovation, with the business manufacturing ‘next generation’ products that help support the increasing demands for ever-more effective fire strategies across commercial and residential builds.
FS179 is also being featured in the campaign. This is a sealant solution specifically for CPVC materials, which offers up to 120 minutes of fire resistance and harbours the benefit of a distinct blue shade for easy on-site identification and traceability.
Removing the complexity
Nullifire’s sales director Gary Pullinger told Fire Safety Matters: “We take the complexity out of passive fire protection by offering reliable products and being on hand to help at any stage of a project. Systems such as Optifire and Optifire+ reflect the continuous investment in R&D that are the cornerstones of the brand. The technologies mean that we can be sure at any time after a project has been completed that the product specified is that which is installed.”
Nullifire will also be highlighting its SC902 intumescent coating as part of the ‘It’s All About’ campaign, which enables specifiers to achieve fire protection for their steel frame projects. Weather-resistant in less than an hour, the high-build nature of SC902 delivers 120 minutes of fire protection in just one coat, enabling work to be completed in quick time, while still achieving the stipulatons of the building’s fire strategy.
Alongside TREMCO, Flowcrete, illbruck, Dryvit and Nudura, Nullifire is a CPG (UK) brand. Taken together, these brands cover a wide array of different construction needs and provide a wealth of complex services, support and systems.
