Fire Safety Matters Webinar: ‘Enforcement in Specialised Housing’
04 March 2024
FIRE SAFETY Matters is once again partnering with leading fire safety lawyer Warren Spencer to host a special two-hour CPD webinar on the subject of Enforcement in Specialised Housing.

Fire safety in specialised housing and supported living situations is something of a complex area, and especially so in terms of the legal obligations involved. This webinar takes place on 10 May 2024 at 10.00 am (GMT) and costs just £99+VAT to attend. You can register to attend by CLICKING HERE.
Warren Spencer (the UK’s leading fire safety lawyer and managing director of Blackhurst Budd Solicitors) will deliver this webinar, which concentrates on enforcement of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and its application in respect of housing providers, care providers and tenants.
Warren will examine various scenarios involving specialised housing and supported living, outlining who may be responsible (or culpable) for fire safety under the Fire Safety Order.
This webinar will appeal to fire risk assessors involved in projects focused on specialised housing and supported living premises, care and housing providers and, in general, practitioners operating in the fire safety industry.
The session will provide multiple opportunities for attendees to ask questions. All attendees will receive a CPD certificate.
*Tickets to attend cost £99+VAT. Secure your delegate place NOW by CLICKING HERE.
