Fire Industry Association reveals date for 2023 AGM and Annual Luncheon
04 July 2023
TICKETS ARE now on sale for the Fire Industry Association’s (FIA) 2023 Annual Luncheon, which follows on from the organisation’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). Both events take place at The Brewery in central London on Thursday 9 November.

Annual General Meeting
The AGM is the primary opportunity for FIA members to ensure they are fully up-to-date with all of the latest information concerning the organisation. Across a two-hour window, various presenters from the FIA’s Board of Directors and the Trade Association’s Secretariat will provide updates and insights from all sectors of the organisation. Attendees will learn about the achievements of the Trade Association over the last 12 months as well as current projects and plans for the future.
The FIA has requested that each member company limits its attendance to a maximum of two individuals.
The AGM is free to attend and open to employees of FIA member companies only. Delegates still need to book their places as spaces are limited due to the room size. An invitation to this year’s AGM has already been sent to all members with information on how to register their attendance.
Annual Luncheon
The FIA’s Annual Luncheon brings together over 500 leading industry professionals for a three-course meal plus entertainment and is one of the highlights of the fire industry’s annual calendar.
This year, the FIA will be hosting networking drinks after the Annual Luncheon. An entire floor at The Brewery has been secured until 10.00 pm such that attendees have the opportunity to continue their conversations, catch up with industry colleagues and extend their day in an informal setting.
Prices for the 2023 Annual Luncheon are £1,750+VAT for a table of ten, with individual places costing £200+VAT.
Timings on the day
The AGM is scheduled to run from 9.45 am through until noon. The pre-luncheon drinks reception begins at noon and concludes at 1.30 pm, at which point guests will be invited to take their seats for the Annual Luncheon itself.
Between 3.00 pm and 4.00 pm, the FIA will then conduct its awards ceremony and there will also be an after-dinner speaker. Networking drinks begin at 5.00 pm.
