Three-in-One AI full-colour surveillance cameras from Dahua available through Blue Helix
12 August 2020
DAHUA UK and Ireland has introduced its Three-in-One surveillance cameras to the UK market through Blue Helix. Currently available in 2 MP and 5 MP variants with an 8 MP model on the horizon, the cameras offer full-colour technology with powerful Artificial Intelligence (AI) functions and active deterrent warnings to help reduce false alarm rates and improve target search.

Full-colour technology captures vivid detail even in low light conditions in order to make identification easier. Smart motion detection, perimeter protection, improved target search efficiency and clear target images reduce the false alarm rate to less than 2%.
With a lower bitrate than H.264, AI coding saves 90% of disk space for greater efficiency and reduced storage costs.
In addition, enhanced two-way audio and red/blue light can be remotely triggered before a crime has been committed in order to ward off intruders.
