Passive fire protection specialist Quelfire returns to London Build
25 October 2025
QUELFIRE – THE manufacturer of firestopping solutions for service penetrations in buildings, is returning to London Build Expo when the 2025 iteration of the construction sector’s largest trade show runs on 19-20 November at Olympia.

Underpinned by a rigorous testing programme, award-winning customer support and over 600 tested details, the business helps myriad customers to find accurate and compliant solutions for even the most unique of scenarios.
The company’s core mission is to educate the construction industry, which is why Quelfire’s team offers free training sessions, including early engagement consultations, product overviews and Continuing Professional Development entitled ‘Effective Passive Fire Protection for Service Penetrations in Buildings’.
The safest choice should always be the easiest choice. In support of this viewpoint, Quelfire makes its resources – including detailed product documentation and a wide range of tested details – readily available for download at any time on its website. Additionally, Quelfire provides a library of YouTube videos that can be accessed on a 24/7 basis.
Knowledge sharing
Subsequent to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, knowledge sharing has become more important than ever in order to bridge the gap between key stakeholders and ensure that buildings are designed with the safety of the end user in mind. Exhibitions like London Build ably support this mission and help the industry to communicate in ways that everyday activities can't match.
‘Team Orange’ is once again set to join the conversation at London Build, where its constituent members will be on hand to support visitors and answer any of their technical questions.
As part of the ongoing ‘Because It’s Your Job to Know’ campaign, Quelfire’s Stand N35 will showcase products in their ‘before’ and ‘after’ fire exposure conditions, in turn affording visitors a real-world view of how they perform and ‘what good looks like’. The team will have product examples prepared for discussion.
Experience and insights
On the second day of the show at 2.00 pm, Craig Wells (Quelfire’s sales director) will lead a panel discussion under the heading ‘Gateway 2 Submissions: What We Know Now’. Wells will be joined by other industry professionals who’ll also be sharing their experiences and insights.
Quelfire’s presence at London Build 2025 aims to stress the importance of collaboration and early engagement in construction projects and highlight the benefits to be realised, including reduced risks, lower costs and minimised remedial work.
