New website launched by fire stopping specialist Quelfire

03 November 2025

QUELFIRE IS marking the next chapter of supporting the passive fire protection industry with the launch of a new website. The platform improves the user experience, building on the previous iteration by facilitating faster navigation.

Searching for products and general fire stopping information has been simplified thanks to features such as a drop-down search bar and FAQ snippets on specific pages.

Education is a top priority. As such, the website brings together Quelfire’s many educational tools and resources with one goal in mind: to help customers meet their compliance requirements. The company has also integrated external platforms like YouTube, making the new site a ‘go-to’ source for reliable information.

Two significant changes are the website’s new look, which follows Quelfire’s updated brand guidelines, and a revised ordering process. Such elements combined to afford the site a fresher feel.

Hayley Clay, marketing manager at Quelfire, informed Fire Safety Matters: “The new website has been a long time in the making. While our previous site served our customers well, a survey earlier this year made it clear that it was ready for a refresh. We’ve redesigned the site to make it more visually engaging and streamlined the user experience. What’s more, we’ve completely removed pop-up forms for product information and tested detail drawings, making it easier than ever for industry professionals to access the information they need.”

Sealant guns

Quelfire is also launching its branded sealant guns. They come in two sizes: the smaller one fits 310 mm cartridges for Quelfire’s QHPE HPE Sealant and QSS Acrylic Sealant, while the larger is designed for 600 mm acrylic sealant foils.

The sealant guns are built to last and withstand heavy use and, of course, they’re branded with Quelfire's logo and signature orange colouring.

Darryl Wells, commercial and development director at Quelfire, explained: “We’re pleased to bring our own range of sealant guns to market. They’re designed to give users better control and a smoother experience when it comes to project work and serve as a complementary addition to our product portfolio.”
