The purpose-built facility features a fire test furnace will assist the company to enhance its R&D. Further, Siderise is seeking UKAS accreditation for the facility such that it can be used by the wider construction industry, supporting fire safety standards across the sector and helping to put Wales on the world map as a hub of safety innovation.

Siderise moved to Maesteg in 1991, setting up a bespoke manufacturing facility for its original cavity barrier and fire stopping solutions ranges.
