Nicci Turville appointed marketing executive at BAFE
28 September 2025
BAFE HAS announced the appointment of Nicci Turville as the organisation’s new marketing executive. Turville brings 20 years’ worth of marketing experience to the role gained by operating across a broad range of industries, including financial services, the medical sector, manufacturing, leisure and tourism and the food sector.

Throughout her career, Turville has led on and delivered integrated marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on regulated environments and customer engagement.
At BAFE, Turville will play a key role in driving new marketing initiatives and enhancing brand visibility, including launching the updated SP205 Scheme. Her appointment reinforces BAFE’s ongoing commitment to promoting third party certification and increasing awareness of competency in the fire safety industry.
Commenting on her appointment, Turville noted: “I’m thrilled to be joining BAFE and looking forward to contributing my skills and experience in what is such a vital industry. With a background in financial services and healthcare, I’ve seen first-hand the importance of regulation, trust and clear communication. Applying this experience to support BAFE’s mission and make a meaningful impact are my key goals.”
BAFE is wholly committed to developing, maintaining and promoting third party certification schemes for the fire safety industry. These competency schemes are regularly reviewed to ensure they continue to support appropriate standards and represent the best levels of quality for fire safety organisations to achieve.
UKAS accredited third party certification and BAFE registration to a BAFE Scheme provides quality evidence of organisation-focused competency (including the management of relevant employed individuals) for specific fire safety-related work.
