FireAngel plans ahead for ASCP’s Safety and Compliance Exhibition 2025
28 April 2025
SMOKE, HEAT and carbon monoxide (CO) alarms developer FireAngel will be showcasing its latest array of solutions at the Association of Safety and Compliance Professionals’ (ASCP) 2025 Safety and Compliance Exhibition, which takes place alongside a dedicated conference and awards ceremony at the International Convention Centre in Newport from 14-16 May.

As the only dedicated event for safety and compliance professionals working in the social housing, compliance and asset management domains, the exhibition provides an ideal opportunity for FireAngel to engage with housing providers and showcase how the company’s connected technologies are helping to drive proactive and data-driven fire safety strategies.
FireAngel will be exhibiting on Stand D3, where visitors will be able to explore the business’ comprehensive range of fire safety solutions, including both mains and battery-powered smoke, heat and CO alarms.
The stand will also feature the manufacturer’s latest technologies that support wireless and hybrid interlinking, alongside connected systems that enable smarter property protection and simplify ongoing remote monitoring, in turn assisting landlords and housing providers to deliver the highest levels of safety for residents and properties.
Evolving legislation
With safety and compliance under increasing scrutiny across the housing sector, FireAngel’s solutions are designed to help landlords remain ahead of evolving legislation, while in parallel providing tailored protection for all tenants, particularly so the most vulnerable.
The company’s connected system empowers housing providers with remote oversight of interlinked smoke, heat and CO alarms, delivering real-time status updates and diagnostics to property managers and residents via a dedicated free app. This actionable data supports strategic decision-making, streamlines resources and minimises the risk of harm through timely interventions.
Natasha Shanker, trade marketing manager at FireAngel, commented: “We’re delighted to return to the ASCP’s Safety and Compliance Exhibition. This event remains a calendar highlight for housing and compliance professionals and affords us the ideal platform to demonstrate how our connected solutions are transforming fire safety from a reactive model to a predictive and preventative approach. From streamlining compliance to protecting vulnerable residents, we’re proud to be supporting housing providers in delivering safer outcomes.”
Product demonstrations
Throughout the three-day event, FireAngel’s team of experts will be on hand to offer live product demonstrations and share details on how the company’s connected technologies are enabling landlords and social housing providers to improve tenant safety, optimise asset management and adopt a smarter and more proactive approach towards compliance.
