FireAngel set to highlight enhanced support services at The Fire Safety Event

10 April 2026

FIREANGEL WILL be exhibiting at The Fire Safety Event 2026, which runs at Birmingham’s NEC from 28-30 April, showcasing its comprehensive range of fire and carbon monoxide (CO) safety solutions alongside an expanded suite of support services designed to help installers, wholesalers and housing providers navigate what’s now an increasingly compliance-driven landscape.

The company will be located in Hall 4 on Stand C52. Visitors can view its established portfolio of mains and battery-powered smoke, heat and CO alarms, including solutions that support wireless or hybrid interlinked networks and connected technologies. These systems are purpose-designed to enhance property protection, while also supporting efficient monitoring and maintenance across residential settings.

Alongside its product offering, FireAngel will place a strong focus on its evolving service proposition, with particular emphasis on the recently launched Design Service and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training.

The Design Service provides a fully insured and third party certified specification solution for Grade D domestic fire alarm systems, in turn supporting compliance with BS 5839-6. By delivering detailed system designs, including layout drawings, wiring schematics and certification, the Design Service enables installers and developers alike to streamline the design stage, while ensuring confidence in compliance and Best Practice.

Complementing this, FireAngel’s CPD training programme has been developed to support electrical contractors in navigating regulatory changes, including those introduced by the Building Safety Act 2022. The ‘Wired for Compliance’ CPD offers practical guidance on meeting current standards and reducing compliance risks, helping professionals to strengthen their competency and confidence in domestic installations.

Trade support initiatives

Visitors to the FireAngel stand will also be able to learn more about the company’s wider trade support initiatives, including its Pro Installer Network and the Approved Stockist Scheme. These programmes are designed to strengthen collaboration across the supply chain, offering installers access to training, technical support and project opportunities, while helping wholesalers connect with compliant and specification-led demand.

Visitors to the NEC will have the opportunity to engage directly with FireAngel’s Trade Specification-focused team members, experience live demonstrations and explore how both the company’s technology and services are supporting safer and compliant residential environments.

Natasha Shanker, trade marketing manager at FireAngel, said: “We’re looking forward to returning to The Fire Safety Event and connecting with professionals across the sector. As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, there’s a growing need not only for reliable products, but also for services that support compliance, competency and confidence.”

Shanker added: “Our expanded offer, from the Design Service and CPD through to installer and wholesaler support, reflects our commitment to helping the industry meet these challenges and deliver safer homes.”
