Etex Group champions construction’s digital transformation at London Build
28 October 2026
ETEX BUILDING Performance is set to showcase a suite of tools designed to advance digitalisation and support compliance in construction projects at London Build Expo 2026, which runs on 25-26 November at London’s ExCeL.

Experts from across the Etex Group’s Promat, FSi Promat and Siniat brands will be presenting the benefits of technical resources through hands-on demonstrations and practical guidance.
Underlining the growing role of digitalisation in the built environment, the tools have been developed to help customers unlock potential through greater efficiency, regulatory traceability and reduced risk of error.
Etex Building Performance will support visitors to the exhibition to overcome concerns such as workflow integration and skills gaps, demonstrating how digital tools support effective partnerships and the sharing of data for better productivity and compliance.
This ties into the Etex Group’s wider message around the role of collaboration and the theme of a panel discussion focusing on how improved early engagement that includes manufacturers can support enhanced compliance and efficient construction.
Fire Safety Stage
On the Fire Safety Stage, which is sponsored by Siniat and Promat, Steve Warriner (head of specification at Siniat) will lead the debate on ‘The Building Safety Regime in Focus: Challenges, Solutions and Collaboration’.
Guests include Damini Sharma (CEO of the OM Group), Alasdair Mealey (technical leader for building safety at Laing O’Rourke), Krish Parmar (CEO and founder of Elevate Building Safety) and Alex Masheder (Group quality director at BDP). These practitioners will explore the shift in requirements to actively demonstrate compliance and enforce stricter accountability across construction projects.
Steve Warriner observed: “Accountability, compliance and transparency are still key concerns for the construction industry. Awareness of the regulatory changes is high, but what is perhaps needed now is more support to adapt to the changes and make real progress.”
Warriner added: “Partners like Siniat offer access to highly technical knowledge and expertise. Among the solutions we will be exploring at London Build is the role of the value chain from simple product suppliers to collaborative solution partners involved across the entire building lifecycle.”
Siniat will offer visitors to London Build an exclusive opportunity to preview a new digital specification platform designed to simplify and speed up the creation of project packs and give users greater control of the information they need.
Structural steel calculator
Alongside them, on the Group’s Stand E90, Promat will showcase its structural steel calculator: a free digital tool that helps construction professionals specify passive fire protection for structural steel projects.
The calculator is designed to allow specifiers, designers and architects to instantly generate project-specific calculations and access relevant data sheets, helping them identify the appropriate level of fire protection for structural steel.
Fire stopping specialist FSi Promat will also be demonstrating an updated version of its digital Quick Selector tool, supporting specifiers and installers in navigating evolving fire safety regulations with quick and easy access to a library of accurate fire stopping details and technical information.
Developed in response to customer feedback, the tools from Etex Building Performance help users remain compliant with current standards, deliver an improved user experience and support more streamlined ways of working.
London Build brings together contractors, developers, architects and housebuilders with procurement teams, specifiers, civil engineers and other construction professionals.
