A leading London & SE Housing Association seeks the Design, Supply & Installation of Fire Detection, Suppression, Warden Call and the provision of Fire Risk Assessments.
Scope shall be defined by an existing fire strategy which the supplier will be given as part of the supply is to consult with the local Fire & Rescue Service. Compartmentation shall be reviewed in support of the Association's evacuation strategy for the premises. A Fire Risk Assessment shall be done after completion of the changes with regular reviews thereafter. The supplier shall be capable of fire engineering oversight and supervision of the work. A regular maintenance option may be provided with warranty. All the above shall be included in the tender.
