Women in Fire Safety Awards partners with Queen Victoria Hospital Charity

Based in East Grinstead, West Sussex (also the home of Western Business Media), the Queen Victoria Hospital is internationally recognised for its specialist reconstructive surgery, advanced burns treatment and expert therapy and rehabilitation services.

Importantly, the Queen Victoria Hospital – which was founded back in 1996 – actively supports children and adults who have experienced damage or disfigurement as a result of cancer, trauma, burns, major surgery, disease or congenital conditions.

Leading consultant teams at the facility deliver vital life-changing care services not only at the main hospital site in East Grinstead, but also across a wide network of clinics throughout the South East region, thereby ensuring that essential expertise is accessible for those most in need.

The Queen Victoria Hospital Charity (Registered Charity Number 1056120) proudly supports members of staff and patients, continually funding a range of initiatives including assistance towards cutting-edge medical equipment, improvements to wards and waiting areas in order to enhance the patient experience and the organisation of support for the health, well-being and professional development of all staff members.

In addition, the charity helps to fund ongoing research and educational work, enabling Queen Victoria Hospital to continue to develop new and innovative treatments for its patient cohort.
