Stacey Adams re-elected to FIA Board of Directors for second term
21 November 2025
STACEY ADAMS, project specification and business growth lead at Apollo Fire Detectors, has been re-elected to the Fire Industry Association’s (FIA) Board of Directors for a second consecutive term.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the fire safety industry, Adams has built her career around specification strategy, customer collaboration and business growth, duly leading Apollo’s UK Projects and Specification team. On a daily basis, Adams works closely with consultants, contractors and integrators in order to shape major fire detection projects and strengthen engagement across both the UK and international markets.
During her time with the FIA, Adams has been a strong advocate for improving member engagement and creating clearer pathways for companies of all sizes to contribute towards the Association’s work. Her focus for the new term will be on developing more structured ‘Voice of Customer’ activity in addition to continuing to drive practical sustainability initiatives across the membership.
Commenting on her re-election to the Board, Adams stated: “It’s a privilege to continue serving on the FIA Board. The FIA plays a vital role in uniting the industry and driving continuous improvement. For me, it’s about keeping momentum. Creating real connection with members, supporting sustainability in action and ensuring the Trade Association remains focused on what matters most to those working across our sector.”
Part of Halma plc, Apollo Fire Detectors is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of advanced fire detection technology, supplying life safety solutions to customers in upwards of 100 countries worldwide.
In addition to Adams’ re-election, Craig Mole (digital product manager at Apollo) has been appointed to the FIA’s Technology Council, while Mike Hobbs (Apollo’s project specification and solutions manager) joins the Services Council. Their appointments further strengthen Apollo’s contribution to the FIA’s technical, digital and service-focused workstreams, ensuring the company continues to play an active role in shaping the future of the fire safety sector.
