JOB VACANCY - Auditor for Fire Risk Assessment Schemes - SSAIB

Our scope of activity includes the certification of organisations supplying security systems and services, fire safety equipment and services and alarm monitoring. The company currently has a vacancy for a full-time auditor to conduct audits for the following activity in and around West London / M4 Corridor:

• BAFE SP205 Fire Risk Assessment

Applicants should have previous related experience of the activity listed above. Auditing experience and knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

Duties will include conducting third-party certification audits of firms providing fire risk assessments, ensuring these audits are completed in accordance with relevant quality procedures and that SSAIB, UKAS and BAFE requirements as applicable are met.

This role will suit a confident and determined professional who can work as part of a team and as an individual under their own initiative. The successful applicant must have good attention to detail, good report writing skills and be confident with MS Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel).

The position is home-based but requires travel – and occasional overnight stays. Therefore, applicants must be willing to work away from home and hold a valid driving licence.
