Emergency Services Hub is launched
05 June 2018
A NEW Emergency Services Hub has now been set up which provides a range of resources to the three main emergency services.
The hub has been developed by the Royal Society for Public Health, Public Health England, the National Fire Chiefs Council and a range of other organisations across the emergency services sector.
The newly launched Emergency Services Hub brings together a range of resources for the three emergency services (ambulance, fire and rescue, and police) with the aim of sharing information, best practice and cooperation around public health.
Jacquie White, NHS England’s head of clinical policy, long term conditions, older people & end of life care, has written a blog about the launch. Jackie also has a key role on the NFCC's Strategic Health group, part of the NFCC's Prevention Coordination Committee.
These resources include case studies, consensus statements and evaluation reports. The hub has been developed by RSPH, Public Health England and key partner organisations from across the services. A full list of organsations involved can be found on RSPH's website.
