Apollo Fire Detectors showcases brand new product at The Fire Safety Event
27 July 2021
AT THIS year’s Fire Safety Event, Apollo Fire Detectors’ stand will be located opposite The Fire Safety Theatre which is sponsored by its Halma Group sister company and leading fire control panel manufacturer Advanced.
On display will be Apollo’s fire detection solutions for both high-complexity and low-complexity projects, including those in the high-rise residential buildings and healthcare sectors in addition to systems designed to serve high-end applications.
Visitors to the Apollo stand can receive free ongoing advice regarding the fire safety regulations for high-rise residential buildings from members of the company’s expert team.
In addition, visitors will be treated to a preview of the company’s all-new addressable door holder, the UK’s first mainstream loop-powered magnetic door holder due to enter the market in 2022. Unlike existing conventional door retainers, this solution doesn’t require an independent power supply and connection to an input output unit. It streamlines both the technical and workflow process of door holder installation.
Typical applications for the new solution are to be found in high-traffic buildings such as hospitals, offices, hotels and schools/universities.
Further, the company will also be hosting live demonstrations of the Apollo Test Set, a popular piece of kit designed to save engineers time on site.
