FirePro gains LPCB product certification

FirePro UK says its delighted to announce that its range of fire suppression generators are the first in the world to meet the requirements of the new LPCB Standard, LPS1656.

The new standard, the first of its kind, was specifically developed by BRE / LPCB to confirm the performance of condensed aerosol fire suppression generator units against the EN Standard 15779 thus giving the UK market the assurance that investment in such protection is supported by a compliant product, manufactured by an ISO9001 approved manufacturer.

FirePro UK has also been appointed by Coltraco as the UK sole distributor for the Permalevel Multiplex system which is the first fixed system capable of constant monitoring the liquid level of critical fire suppression cylinder systems. By permanently monitoring and reporting individual pressurised cylinder status, the end user is assured that the system is always fully armed, and that no leakage or accidental discharge has occurred, which may affect the ability to extinguish a fire when required.
