Fireco offers safe and legal Dorgard Pro solution for fire doors

Suitable for high-risk areas including corridors, kitchens and stairwells, Dorgard Pro helps to keep buildings safe and compliant by removing the need for dangerous door wedging. With a carpet-friendly design, it also improves access and ventilation throughout.

Installed on the bottom of the fire door in under five minutes, Dorgard is listening for a continuous fire alarm of 14 seconds or more.

Dorgard Pro is radio-activated which makes it ideal for noisy environments. Controlled by the ProHub system, it can be wired directly into the fire panel and allows the end user to monitor all door devices from a central hub.

ProHub boasts optional activation of the InSite software, which provides real-time information about Pro installations at different sites. That detail is accessible on any Internet device.

Dorgard is CE marked and tested to all applicable British and European Standards such as EN 1155. Dorgard is listed as a ‘Standard’ category device under BS 7273-4:2015. It’s supplied with a two-year warranty.
