IFSM heritage conference

THE INSTITUTE of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) is holding a one day Heritage conference on 3 April at Rockingham Castle, Northants.
Speakers include:
Simon Kincaid (Sheffield Hallam University) – ‘An introduction to fire in heritage buildings and emergency planning for fire’
Iain Cox, (British Sprinkler Alliance) – ‘Future proofing for heritage buildings’
Bob Bantock, (National Trust)- Fire Safety in Historic Buildings (life safety, property protection and the effect of the Grenfell Tower enquiry)’.
Amanda Hope, (Advanced Fire) – Innovations in Fire Alarm Management
Both members and non-members are invited to attend, and with numbers capped at 100, delegates are urged to register as soon as possible.
