Finalists for 2024 Passive Fire Protection Awards unveiled by ASFP
23 July 2024
THE ASSOCIATION for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP) has unveiled the shortlisted finalists for its Passive Fire Protection Awards 2024, with the ceremony to be held at The Athena Hotel in Leicester on 28 November.
Honouring exceptional accomplishments within the passive fire protection industry, the Passive Fire Protection Awards 2024 begin with a canapé reception followed by a three-course dinner. Acrobats will be performing alongside professional dance troops. There will be fairground-style attractions, an after-dinner disco featuring a professional DJ and comedy courtesy of a recognised name in the entertainment sector.
The ASFP has carefully chosen the venue to ensure the best possible experience for all attendees. The Athena Hotel in Leicester was built as an Odeon Cinema back in 1936 and now boasts a capacity of 2,000.
Open exclusively to ASFP members, the ASFP Awards Dinner is more than just a party. It’s a celebration of excellence in the passive fire protection industry and the perfect opportunity to honour the achievements of peers while also networking with industry leaders.
This year’s categories include Passive Fire Innovation of the Year, Individual Rising Star of the Year and Best Installation/Project of the Year.
