Hochiki Europe’s Zoe Parsons shortlisted for Women in Fire Safety Awards
08 September 2026
HOCHIKI EUROPE is celebrating the recent announcement that account development representative Zoe Parsons has been named on the shortlist of finalists for the Administrator of the Year category at the Women in Fire Safety Awards 2026. The Women in Fire Safety Awards are organised by Western Business Media, the publisher of Fire Safety Matters.

The Women in Fire Safety Awards are purpose-designed to recognise excellence and achievement across the fire safety industry, celebrating the contribution women make at every level of the profession.
The Administrator of the Year category specifically honours individuals who go ‘above and beyond’ in their core role to support colleagues across an organisation, providing the consistency and dedication that holds a business together.
Parsons was selected from a field of over 50 entries, duly making the final shortlist of just twelve. In her role, Parsons provides cross-functional support across the business. Her role spans documentation management and operational co-ordination, all the while working closely with the regional sales management team and providing cover to the supply chain function during periods of high demand or staff absence.
Parsons’ nomination recognises an individual who excels in her role, provides consistency the wider team relies upon and understands the part she plays in the business when it comes to delivering the best possible experience for Hochiki Europe’s customers.
Calibre of finalists
Commenting on her shortlisting, Parsons stated: “Being shortlisted for this award means a great deal, particularly so given the calibre of the other nominees. Most of what I do happens behind the scenes, so being shortlisted from over 50 entries feels like real recognition for the wider team as much as for myself. I’m proud to be part of such a strong group of women and I would like to congratulate everyone else who’s on the shortlist.”
Ian Humby, Hochiki Europe’s sales manager for the UK, added: “Zoe’s shortlisting is thoroughly deserved. She has a way of spotting where support is needed before anyone asks. That has made a real difference to how smoothly our regional sales and supply chain teams operate. We’re delighted to see her recognised alongside such a strong shortlist.”
Hochiki Europe extends its congratulations to all twelve finalists in this year’s Administrator of the Year category shortlist.
The winners will be announced at a black-tie ceremony to be held at the Mercure London Earl’s Court Hotel on 15 October.
