Prevent false fire alarms & deter theft
12 March 2020
Since its founding over 40 years ago, Safety Technology International (STI) has helped prevent false fire alarms, deter theft and minimise vandalism of call points, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and other vital life safety equipment.

A family-owned and operated business, STI began with founder Jack Taylor’s invention of the original Stopper call point protector – from that one product over 1000 STI products have been designed using Jack’s blueprint.
Today, STI manufactures a range of manual call point covers, from integral covers to outdoor and sounder models; there are variations to suit all applications. Helping you comply with BS 5839-1:2017, these covers are specifically designed to prevent false alarms whether accidental or malicious.
Headquartered in Waterford, Michigan with the EMEA office located in Worcestershire, England, STI also produces a range of EN54 approved, UL listed and IP rated products, including; resettable call points, push buttons, heavy-duty cages, alarms, and enclosures.
