Jactone’s aerosol fire extinguishers receive new BSI certification
26 February 2023
JACTONE PRODUCTS has announced that, following on from recent testing procedures, the company’s aerosol range of fire extinguishers has received Kitemark certification from the British Standards Institution to the new BS 6165 revision (ie BS 6165:2019+A1:2022).

This new certification to the latest version of the British Standard continues Jactone’s commitment to providing quality products that have been thoroughly tested and approved by third party certification bodies.
Jactone’s aerosol fire extinguishers are ideally suited for domestic, leisure and automotive projects when it comes to usage for small fires. Three types of aerosol extinguisher are offered: the ABF foam extinguisher for kitchen, barbecue and cooking fires and the ABC and BC powder extinguishers.
Both of the powder-based extinguishers are ideally suited for cars, caravans, mobile homes and small boats.
As well as being Kitemark certified by the British Standards Institution, Jactone’s aerosol fire extinguishers are manufactured here in the UK and require no formal maintenance.
