Fike introduces CIE-A-400 alarm control panel to UK fire market

FIRE PROTECTION solutions developer Fike has announced the launch of its CIE-A-400 fire panel. This new fire alarm control device offers the advantages of point identification, rendering it the ideal choice for small to mid-size applications where cost-effectiveness and reliability are paramount.
The CIE-A-400 is designed with a simple user interface and a large display, making it easy to use and minimising unwanted/false alarms. One of the key features of the CIE-A-400 is its adaptability. The panel can support up to 200 devices, including up to 100 sounders at 85 dB on each loop, making it suitable for a wide range of applications from commercial premises through to hotels and on again to Houses in Multiple Occupation.
With loops up to 2 km fully loaded and multiple ‘cause-and-effect’ configurations, the panel offers flexibility and scalability to accommodate changing fire protection needs.
Maintenance of the CIE-A-400 is made easy thanks to enhanced diagnostic and service tools. Installation is quick and hassle-free, while the panel affords configuration-free set-up of simple systems, in turn allowing for easy installation in various environments.
Intuitive menu structure
The CIE-A-400 can be easily programmed via an intuitive menu structure or PC, thereby delivering on flexibility and convenience for system installers.
