Hochiki Europe’s life safety webinars accredited by Fire Industry Association
14 December 2020
LIFE SAFETY solutions manufacturer Hochiki Europe has received content accreditation from the Fire Industry Association (FIA) for three of its Continuing Professional Development (CPD)-certified life safety webinars.

Launched in June this year, the FIA’s CPD Certification Centre affords member companies the chance to secure the FIA’s stamp of approval for CPD sessions, as well as receive feedback on areas in which they may need to improve.
The industry accreditation was awarded to Hochiki Europe after the solutions developer submitted a series of webinars covering issues around multi-sensors, false alarm reductions and life safety in HMOs.
As a result of the approval, participants in Hochiki Europe FIA-approved CPD webinars can be assured they’re receiving the most reliable expertise the sector has to offer and that all information has been approved by the industry’s Trade Association.
Paul Adams, marketing manager at Hochiki Europe, told Fire Safety Matters: “Our CPD-certified webinars have proven to be extremely popular, especially as more people are now necessarily working remotely. The webinars offer attendees free technical guidance on some of the most important challenges in life safety, while at the same time topping up their CPD hour commitments.”
Adams concluded: “Receiving the FIA’s CPD content accreditation demonstrates to our customers and stakeholders alike that the guidance and knowledge contained within the webinars is incredibly valuable and helpful for them in their day-to-day roles.”
