Detectortesters Group moves to acquire Minneapolis-based Global Vision Inc

Founded back in 2006 and based in Minneapolis, GVI is wholly committed to delivering FM approved solutions with patented designs that actively support the essential maintenance of commercial fire pumps used in sprinkler systems.

The company’s specialist knowledge and comprehensive product range serve the needs of a global client base and have seen GVI build an enviable market reputation, which has product choice and customer service at its core.

The deal is the latest of four companies acquired by Detectortesters Group and follows on from the purchase of The Hose Monster Company in May last year.

Robert Campbell, CEO at the Detectortesters Group, commented: “As part of our growth strategy, we were looking to strengthen our position further within the test and measurement flow meter space. I’m delighted we’ve been able to achieve that with GVI.”

Test and measurement solutions
