Course participants attain record-breaking results at Zzeus Training

New members of this exclusive club receive a special badge featuring a break glass Call Point with gold lettering displaying the legend ‘100% Club’. Over the years, many members have celebrated their achievements by sharing their success on LinkedIn, in turn generating excitement in the qualification and inspiring others to strive for the same goal.

The ‘100% Club’ was established by Zzeus Training back in 2021 to elevate the performance of fire alarm system learners at its Lincolnshire Training Centre, with the clear aim of pushing average scores above the 90% mark. With the incentive of reaching 100% and receiving a prize, Zzeus Training has successfully motivated fire alarm engineers to achieve the highest standards of knowledge and competence in their field.

Since its inception, the ‘100% Club’ has exerted a remarkable impact, with average scores rising to over 92% from an initial 85%.

Many candidates now attend Zzeus Training’s courses with the aim of joining the ‘100% Club’, all of them wishing to demonstrate to their peers a clear commitment to competency. In recognition of overall improvements, Zzeus Training has since introduced a ‘Gold Standard’ accolade for those candidates achieving over 90%.

Reflections on the course

Among the standout achievers last month was Caleb Houston, an 18-year-old junior estimator from London-based Pacific Fire & Security. Praised by his colleagues as a ‘rising star’, Houston became one of the youngest individuals on record to join the ‘100% Club’.

Reflecting on the experience, Houston informed Fire Safety Matters: “I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent on the Zzeus Training course. The staff were always open to questions and keen to offer help when needed. I was greeted and felt welcome every morning on arrival. As I was the youngest person on the course that week, I was a little anxious. However, as we progressed into the week, I built a good relationship with the attendees and staff. After securing 100% on the test, I received many congratulations from friends and family and the kind staff who helped me reach that goal, for which I’m extremely grateful.”
