C-TEC set to showcase lockdown solutions at London Build Expo 2025

Included as part of the mix will be the new ‘lockdown’-centred solutions: a series of monitored, battery-backed, multi-message system solutions designed to help organisations comply with the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 (ie Martyn’s Law).

HUSH-PRO is C-TEC’s fully monitored BS 5839-6 Grade C residential fire alarm system designed to minimise false alarms and increase fire protection in flats, apartments and other domestic settings.

EVAC-ALERT is the BS 8629:2019+A1:2023 compliant evacuation alert system designed to assist the Fire and Rescue Service in partial or full building evacuation during an emergency.

Also on display will be ZFP CAST, C-TEC’s touchscreen-controlled 1-8 loop fire alarm system that’s fully compatible with CAST-PRO, which was recently named Fire Innovation of the Year at the Fire and Security Matters Awards.

Commissioning and maintenance

ENVISION is a cloud-based remote access, data management, commissioning and maintenance solution compatible with C-TEC’s entire range of CAST-powered systems.

The company will also be exhibiting its SigTEL disabled refuge system, the AlertBuddy system for the deaf and hard of hearing and Quantec-Pro, C-TEC’s new next generation addressable call system.
