Klaxon Signals appoints Neil Grice as new head of division

13 January 2024

UK-BASED audible and visual signalling equipment manufacturer Klaxon Signals – which sits within the Texecom stable – has appointed Neil Grice as its new head of division.

Armed with over 20 years’ industry experience, Grice takes up the position following a number of successful roles focused on sales and engineering within Klaxon Signals and, prior to that, technical support roles at Texecom, the parent company of Klaxon Signals.

Commenting on Grice’s appointment, David Mountfield (chief revenue officer for Texecom and Klaxon Signals) explained: “Klaxon Signals is a very important part of our business. We take great pride in designing and developing electronic sounders, voice-enhanced sounders, sirens, beacons and wide area notification equipment that keep millions of people safe across the globe. Neil’s knowledge and experience of our product portfolio and the requirements of the market mirror our ongoing commitment to both our customer base and the end users whom they serve.”

Working closely with key customers, distribution partners and other members of the team at Klaxon Signals, Grice is now tasked with growing key territories across the globe, while in parallel helping to ensure that Klaxon Signals remains at the forefront of product innovation and design for the fire evacuation, industrial signalling and mass notification markets.

Commenting on his appointment, Grice informed Fire Safety Matters: “With over nine years’ installation and maintenance experience gained ‘in the field’ prior to joining the business and my further experience with both Texecom and Klaxon Signals, I’m looking forward to using my skills to provide our customers with Best-in-Class solutions and service.”

Grice’s initial assignment will be leading Klaxon Signals’ attendance on Stand 4 D32 at Intersec 2024, which runs at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 16-18 January. Registration for the event is available online here
